CONTEST RULES

Terms and conditions for participating in the Contest

The objective of this Contest is to promote the use of Vétoquinol Precision free software among Canadian hog and poultry producers and organizations directly working with these producers to help them improve their performance. These organizations can be feed mills, technical support clubs, producer federations, etc., whose staff make frequent and regular visits to their clients’ or members’ farms. This free software helps producers calibrate precisely soluble powders stock solution concentrations, ensuring the advisor’s dosage recommendation compliance, and makes medicated and non-medicated product administration easier to document.

The Contest is intended for users of this free software. This contest is not open to Vétoquinol Canada Inc. employees or any participant who by his role is in competition with Vétoquinol Canada Inc.

REGISTRATION

The participant must download the Vétoquinol Precision free software from the www.solublepowders.ca web site. At the time of download, information pertaining to the user will be asked and this information will be collected in a database to allow for any information update about this software. If the client is already a Vétoquinol Precision user, a pdf file of their most recent treatment can be substituted for the download as a proof of use. This information can be sent to the web site’s Contest contact e-mail.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE OFFERED

The winner will be picked randomly among all the people who have downloaded or have sent a copy of a treatment prepared with the software before the participation deadline. The information contained on this document will remain confidential, its only purpose being to assess the use of the software. The prize is a $250-cheque made out to the winner’s name.

CONTEST PARTICIPATION DEADLINE:

May 31st, 2011 at 12 p.m. EST

WHERE THE WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED

The winner will be announced on the web site stated above on June 10th, 2011. The winner will be contacted by telephone to arrange for the delivery of their prize.

CLAIMING OF THE PRIZE

The prize must be claimed at Vétoquinol Canada Inc. before 5:00 PM June 30th, 2011.
